All ticket sales for Jadugar Shiv Kumar's magic shows are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Ticket exchanges may be allowed under certain conditions, subject to availability. Requests for exchanges must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled event. Any price differences between the original and new tickets will need to be paid by the ticket holder.
Organizer-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Jadugar Shiv Kumar cancels an event, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose to either:
Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be valid for the new date and time. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the reschedule announcement.
Illness or Emergency: In cases of personal emergency or illness, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required, and approval is at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
Force Majeure: If an event is canceled or significantly disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God), we may offer refunds or credits for future events depending on the situation.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation or reschedule notification. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your request.
